No proper response

I recharged my mobile through net banking from ICICI, but its not get recharged. Then I called up Customer care executive, they are saying its technical problem it will take 4 days to solve. Then next time I called up again they are saying the same and disconnected my line. Again I try to calling them, its giving the system voice as pls send a query to 121. Very very bad service providing the for customer from Airtel.
