Airtel is the biggest cheater, I have come across.
All of a sudden, i recieve a message that 10- Rs. hve been deducted from my account for Sme foolish SPICY JOKES service, which i have never requested for.
When i tried to contact Customer care, they asked me to send a message to stop the service.
But again, after a few days i recieved the same message, and again Rs 10- were deducted from my balance.
Same thing is being repeated for past three months.
Even after making several complaints to customer care, no one is ready to listen.
This is really shameful on the part of Airtel.
I would request Airtel not to cheat people of their hard-earned money.
