Deductnace of amount

Hello Sir,

I am Nikhil Sharma, using Airtel Mobile number 9634264280 from last January. I did a call on no 543214 that is astrology tollfree number of airtel on date 7-10 at 11:02 A.M.. I didn't press any button and cut the call. After that in the evening i received a message saying u r subscribed to astrology service of airtel. How can this is possible when i didn't press any button. And 20 rs was diducted from my account. When i make a complain in customer care section they clarify that u had press some key button... But i damm shure that i didn't press any...

So i request you to take some action and return my deducated amount asap.
