My mobile no. is 9898727997. i have been subscribing yahoo zone service through airtel live since december till date- october.
i have been getting three kinds of error messages while using the yahoo zone service. 1) gateway received an invalid response fom the upstream gateway. 2) web: connection time-out. 3) your request for the service could not be fulfilled. please contact your service provider if the problem persists.
every thursday in the morning, inr 10/- are being deducted from my main account for the subscription of the yahoo zone.
i have ben calling the customer care since june till date. bt every time when i call the customer care, i get very absud kind of reply like, you havent activated airtel live, you havent activated yahoo zone... etc. every time when i call, i get different kinds of reply.
its a thing of common sense, which a child using a mobile or a computer can understand is that, unless and until we subscribe for a particular thing, we cannot use the service, and if we subscribe we pay for it. this simple thing doesnt go in the heads of the airtel executives.
pls doi the needful asap.
