I have a prepaid connection with 9898061579 (airtel gujarat).
On date 19-10 i was in rajasthan & initially i was havin Rs 44.37 balance. Then i have done 16 messages in gujarat having length of only 1 message (150 characters only) but after that my balance was Rs 0.87 where there was a illegal cut of Rs 20. So kindly take a action on it as soon as possible.
