False deduction of 70 rupees twice

After recharging of 110 rupees I activated VBC26 15mb pack at 11.37 pm. I got a confirmatory MSG also and I checked with *124*10# also. Then I strted browsing Internet on my iPhone only to discover that my entire balance is wiped out and that 15mb is still intact. I called 12118 and filed a complaint. They restarted it and now I cud use the 15mbs but the balance wiped out because of bug in the system didn't get refunded.

It had happened once before that also but I complained only once and didn't pursue

the customer care structure is do bad that I have tell the whole story to 10 prople only to get an arrogant answer from supervisor that I got the service and they can't refund for delay in service.

No wonder this forum has over 8100 complaints against Airtel.

I am changing my carrier to some more professional people who still value the customers rather then being blinded by their customer base and become arrogant. I Dont need the refund coz I will not be using this no.

Future customers beware.
