Call not going to any aircel no. from my airtel

I am an airtel customer. Recently I am facing a problem. Whenever I am trying to call to my friends who are aircel customers, my call is getting disconnected. But they are able to call me from their aircel number to my airtel number. My call to other network operators are properly connecting. Please make this problem solved.
