CHARGED FACILITY NOT PROVIDED

I CHARGED MY MOBILE NO 9818230357 ON 10/11 BY RS 78 FOR PAY PER SECOND PLAN OF THE CO LAUNCHED RECENTLY.ACCORDINGLY MY VALIDITY OF THE PHONE SHOULD ALSO BEEN ENHANCED BY THE CO.THE NO WAS CHARGED BY THE CO BUT VALIDITY NOT INCREASED.WHEN I ENQUIRED FROM THE CO, I WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO GET THE VALIDITY ENHANCED SEPERATELY BY PAYING ANOTHER SUM OF RS 43. ACCORDINGLY I GET IT CHARGED FOR RS 43 ON 12/11.AFTER THAT CHARGE I FOUND THAT CO HAS NOT GIVEN ME THE FACILITY OF PAY PER SECOND PLAN WHICH WAS CHARGED BY ME ON 10/11. IT AMOUNT TO CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.I REQUEST TO GIVE ME THIS FACILITY AS I HAVE PAID THE MONEY FOR THAT OR ELSE REFUND ME MY MONEY.

I RESERVE MY RIGHT TO PROCEED LEGALLY IN CASE OF NON REDRESSAL OF MY COMPLAINT WITHIN 7 DAYS
