I am Sri Nives Misra who is using the Airtel Prepaid No. whis is - 09635617242.

I am facing some problem regarding loosing balane automatically on regular bassis.

Inspite of lodging complain yield no result, only getting falce assurance from duety officers.

Plz return the detucted balance forthwith without any delay.
