I called up customer service on 28th jan and talked to some girl representative regarding my no. which they issued to somebody else.i was calling from overseas through my brother on conference.first time she disconnected the call and i called again bu this time it was a guy and i told him my prob but he said that i should have recharged it after every 3 months to keep the n. continued. but i told him that i am overseas from last year and before cumin overseas i got my no. recharged and at that time i was said that i will be able to make outgoing calls but when i came here i found that i cant make calls..but i found on 28th jan that my no. is issued to somebody else and the guy on the other side told me that sir its Ur problem not mines and he told me that u should use postpaid n why r u using prepaid and disconnected the call as well and i called again and dis time there was a girl named Preeti and i told her everything again and she was not able to resolve the matter as well and i told her to make me talk to her manager but his manager named Ujwal was not in the office at that time during duty hours. i was calling from overseas and i told her that i want the resolution and i told her that i m with airtel from last 7 years but the thing which i only get is disappointment an harrasement from their side.i think i made the mistake of continuing with airtel..
