Wrongly activated caller tune

Dear Madam/Sir,

Today Airtel Activate the caller tune. & When i am telling to Airtel they told me the call is given by airtel at 1.30 pm. But I did not get any call from 10.15A. M. to 1.31PM. and they always harshed me. Please help me. My mobile no. is 9958243455.
