I had purchased the Airtel sim card 222 scheme from a dealer. The dealer informed me that I will get full talktime i.e. 111 at the time of buying and the balance on the first recharge. I did my first recharge and did not got the balance amount credited to my account I called up the Customer care one of the executive informed that the balance gets transfered only after 2 recharge and i have to recharge of 200Rs. only to get my 111Rs. The month got over I did my second recharge on 2nd March but till today haven't got my 111Rs credited to my account. Daily I call up at the Customer Care and get same reply " We are sorry for inconvience and have forward your complain and within 24hours your problem would be resolved" I don't know how long does their 24 hours lasts because its 13 days and I get to hear the same thing. The worst is the Airtel Gallery and their executive specially at Kandivali (W), M.G. Road, pathetic and rude. Whenever you visit the gallery the systems are always down. I feel I was wrong on going for Airtel. I made a big mistake. This people are really cheaters and their customer service is the worst service. The executives are horrible. My Mobile no is 9867093595.
