my name is somasekhar from Hyderabad city, iam using Airtel Mobile Prepaid service.iam facing problem regarding out going calls and messages specially at night times. Regarding this problem i called customer care and informed them but they are saying that its techinal problem and it will be solved soon.but since one month the problem has been not rectified and iam not able to send messages at night time inspite taking 10paise message offer.my mobile number is 919908615562.
