I am an airtel prepaid subscriber with no.9871715064. on 20 march AIRTEL placed a hello tune on my no. without asking and informing me also charged few pennys for it . till then i am calling to customer care and asking them to refund my money but they r conveying false information to me like " server is down". I had lodged a complain also, with complain id or no.2032019155900. these people are not giving me status details for my complain nor refunding my money.
