I am a airtel prepaid user. My mobile number is 9971677015. An unauthorised deduction was made from my airtel balance of Rs.99.They activated a VASPACK99 without my permission. It was also activated in previous month which was discontinued on my complaint. But in this month they renewed it again. I have complaint against it many times but my balance is not refunded. I request you to help me as i can not afford it.
