Deactivation of Outgoing call because of the documents produced

About 10 days back I got a new airtel prepaid number - 7738143045, and had produced a copy of my driving license and voter ID card as part of the documents. I am basically from Bangalore, but have come to Mumbai for now for 1 year. All the documents produced pertains to the Bangalore address. I also hold a airtel postpaid Bangalore connection from past 8 yrs now (it's been the same number from past 8 yrs!)

Recently my outgoing call has deactivated stating the reason to be insufficient documents produced, and my service provider - Mobile Store, Powai is not responding for the query and is has just let me know to wait for few days... Airtel CC has asked to get in touch with my service provider for the same. Airtel being the same provider all over India i guess the background verification can also be done using my Bangalore number. Can you let me know what is the way for me to activate my outgoing call at the earliest.
