Dear Sir,
I am staying in Ranchi, Jharkhand and my Phone No. is 9955143303, 1 month back my phone no. is blocked and when trying to make calls, a no. appeared on the screen to contact for the sollution. We tryed a 100 times, but didn't get any response.
When I went to the Airtel Office in Ranchi, the staff said that your no. is blocked because some information in the format was not proper or incomplete, didn't tell what information. The phone had more than 300/- Rs. balance. Your Staff is telling that nothing can be done.
Means I have lost my No. and Rs. 300/-, Is this the service you give?
Do you have any sollution, or your company is like this only?
Can I expect your reply..?
