On July 4th, I received an SMS stating that if I recharge for Rs.101 I will be given 999 days of validity within 72 hours and my plan tariff would remain the same.

And I recharged the my number 9840550043 for the Rs.101/- and topped up my account for another Rs.121/- But when I call the customer care after 4 days they tell me that my existing plan is not eligible for the offer.

If that was the case why should they send me the notification sms. And the customer care people have no clue about whatever happens to the customer and are given restricted access to cusomter into in their CRM for security reasons since they are outsourced.

I know that, me compalining here is not going to make any difference. I am just posting it here coz next time anyone has a similar complaint please be sure that you are already dodged and thats why you are reading this. And we can't do much than asking for this at 121 for 3 times after which they will disable your customer care access and then you have to keep sending SMS to 121 if you have the patience.
