Request to resume my connection

Dear Sir,

This with reference to my prepaid connection 9943666016 having sim number 8991400000067042852 9H1. I had moved my connection from Vodafone to Airtel using mobile portability on 20/08. I have dully completed the all the required documents required by the Airtel. But I got sms from airtel we have not received your prepaid enrollment form. Kindly submit it at the nearest airtel relationship centre and enjoy continued services like that. After that I submit the all requierd document again to the nearest airtel relationship center. But still my connection is not resumed. My all incoming and outgoing calls has susbended due to this issue. I cant able to make calls around 10 days more. So request you to please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve the issue as soon as posible.
