Non activation of my lost number

Hi my name is rakesh dogra

my telephone no is 09818740673 i had lost my mobile few days back, with very difficulties i managed to inform the airtel customer care people for the lost of my mobile no. and get the number blocked.

when now i purchased the new sim (duplicate sim) and filled the form at the air tel customer care centre at N.I.T. NEELAM BATA ROAD Faridabad -121001 (haryana) India, now this showroom is seem to be closed for the reason unknown.

i had filled the necessary form with ID proof & given the same to the said customer care centre by, me personaly.

now when i am trying to contact the customer care care people by phone

they are saying

the followings

1 offer of the day

2 recharge offers

3 hello tunes

4 value added services

5 etc

I want say i would like to speak to the custome care person i dont want these offers etc then again on calling from a fixed landline at 121 i got the information

1 for my total billing

2 to dial 198 for complaints or hold to continue

this 198 doesnt seem to be working & also i tried to hold on i was disconnected

can this company help me sorting out my problem other wise they shouldnt provide the mobile services in India with such a neusence.
