Dear sir when ever i m in truble by the company and want to talk and complain abt my problem to the company then the CCE is block my No for connecting Customer care to talk with them, that is being various time such as 8 or 10 times in last five years. some time i m facing problem but cant consult to the CCE be couse after dailing 121 the voice ask me to SMS my Quiry to 121 but when i SMS my query the return SMS says that this service temporally not avilable.what i have to do? please look in to the matter personaly,
