MY Hello Tune Changed without my Permission

Dear Sir,

this is Mozammil Quadri (9818995136) Prepaid Custommer. I am here to

camplaning about your Hello tune Services.

the problem is that, i activatted my Hello tune "Bahut Pyar Karte Hain Tum

ko Sanam" from film Sajan since last Year and never apply to change

it to another song. but yesturday morning i got the SMS about deduction of

payment for my Hello Tune rent. but afternoon i giot sms that your hello

tune is changed and new tune is activated as "Barsat ke Mausam Me" while i

naver apply to change my tune.and never attend ur promotional calls

rellated hellotune or any other offers. i also did not call customer care

since last three months. How can You technical person changed my Hello tune

without my permission and deduct Rs. 20 by my account. I also called

Customer care abount it at 121 and my complain No. is 82624112600 Dated

26/08 time 4:30 Pm. thay said that ur problem is resolved in 24 Hrs.

but my problem is remain same.

Please look in to the matter personally. and resloved my problem. and

Please Activate my Previeus Helo Tune"Bahut Pyar Karte Hain Tumko Sanam"
