This is my 2nd complain on same query which is still not slvd.
on 28.9.08 i have recharge one top up voucher of rs 100 and rcvd massage as invalid card. in the min time make a call to customer service at 9954099540 and the exe ask my voucher serial no and secret code and rply that it will be active on 30.09.08.
On 30.09 trying again and same massage rcvd again call to c..service again they rply that it will automaticaly active on 02.10.08.
On 02.10.08 to 11.10.08 trying lots of time found c..service no busy.
On 12.10.08 agin tryin and reply ur exe that the card allredy recharge on 02.10.08 to other no.
HERE MY QUESTION IS HOW CANT IT IS POSIBLE MY SECRET CODE IS ONLY GIVEN TO YOUR EXE NO BODY KNOWS ABOUT IT.
HOW CAN IT IS RECHARGE BY OTHER.
pls make an investigation from ur side. is there any fault from ur side. IM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICES GIVEN BY.
