Sir,

I purchased a prepaid no 9790438230 from Univercell, Tenkasi, Tamilnadu Airtel on 8 dec. For Identity verification, I submitted required document along with the filled form. After few days, my outgoing call facility has been blocked.

I talked to customer care. They told me that I need to submit my documents once again. And, I submitted it to Airtel Dealer Univercell, at Tenkasi in the hand of Airtel executive. She verified all the document and form. After two days, incoming and outgoing from my number started.

After One month, again my no has blocked. This time my sim/Mobile No. has been blocked completely. When I talked to customer care executive, he did not clarify the reason to blocking my number and they inform only we can send the message on 24th March. I can treat this complaint. They only said their used to lines, "Submit your document for Identity proof".

I got completely fed up from the services provided by the airtel. The customer care executive do not giving the proper response or reason of the problem. Please activate same immediately.

Please suggest.
