Hi,

I'm Chetan V and my concern is I have activated the Airtel Online service on my Mobile number 91 97312 17586 and I'm using Sony Ericsson W810i handset.

I have activated this service on 15 July 08 at 02:36 AM and also got the confirmation saying the service is active. But I have not yet received the settings on my Mobile.

I also contacted the Customer care and spoke to the folks over the call and they sais the Settings had been sent Manually but I'm not sure to what extent it is true because they said within couple of minutes the settings will be sent. I spoke with almost three folks and they said its already been sent and thereby I will be able to utilize the service.

But till now I've not received the settings and not able to use the service.

Is this the way the AIRTEL gives the service to its CUSTOMERS???

If you people cannot give proper service then why do you introduce all these stupid services???

If you really care for the Customers then please don't cheat them by this way nor do the needful on time or refund the money back.
