Swap Sim is not activated

Dear Sir,

My airtel prepaid no is 9766859860.Airtel friends card.

I am from Akola (M.S.).

My Network service is automatically cut from last month. When I was went to Airtel gallary at Akola, the executive told me that u have to swap the SIM. Accordingly, I have paid Rs.100 and swap the SIM, But till not it is not activated. Message is come on my cell when I restart my cell with that sim i.e. SIM registration filed.

I have check from your call centre, they told me your all services are active. Then why this problem is arised?

Please tell me clear solution. Otherwise I have mood to go to customer court. My alternate cell no. 9921543354.

Please come with faster solution.
