Horrible Customer Service

I have taken a Prepaid Card from Airtel Mobile. BUt the service offered is Horrible. To activate GRPS i had to sent 10 messages. Then to download Mobile office i have already sent so many messages but still i have not got any setting for the same. When i tried accessing Internet through mobile the Sim Card registration failed.

Presently i am in mumbai and not able to call Pune customer care. The number given to me was 121 and 9890098900. both these numbers doesnt exist. They have also started deducting charges for GPRS. Please from where to send a legal notice to them
