Airtel Prepaid Connection
Auto cut of call

Dear sir,

i dillip kumar behera is a airtel prepaid connection no- 09896694325 at panipat in Haryana state. Last six months, i am facing call drops i.e.incoming/outgoing calls are automatically cut during calling and balance money deducted even if a single voice conversation with the caller. The matters are raised before the airtel cal centre several times, but they are not doing any correcting action or satisfactory answer to me. During calling local signal network was ok and i am using nokia 3110c handset is also newone workig fine.
