I was retail dealer for airtel till 15.1.09 under name M/s Kanwal Medicos, C-9/35, sector 8, rohini, Delhi having airtel Top-up connection (Lipu connection) with GSM # 9810735311 past 5 years. We closed our shop & at that time arround Rs.- taktime was available in the said connection. Our dealer M/s Arora Telecom, Delhi told us to use the talktime & then discard the SIM allotted to us as dealer. Last month my connection was disconnected & talktime of arround Rs.500/- was forfeited without notice. My request to customercare to either reactivate the said GSM# 9810735311 or transfer balance left talktime to my other Airtel Prepaid # 9810434027 has not been entertained.
