Neither incoming nor out going, besides life time validity

I have taken a prepaid connection of your company bearing number 9729435171 with SIM number 8991960208040163759F on 18-10 from Big Bazar Ambala Cantt Haryana. Besides telephoniic verification on my mobile Number 09416452146 from Cell No 919896890025 and SMS received on my Airtel mobile received at 01-47-33 to day regarding activation of my connection neither any in coming nor out going facility exists at my cell. Even your custmor care service number ie 9810198101 is not being matured by this phone. May please intervene and solve the problem.
