Dear sir,
I am a punjab airtel prepaid customer (# 9815235496). Presently I am on roaming in Kolkata. All of a sudden my cellphone has started receiving cricket updates, causing repeated disturbance and important messages getting lost in numerous unsolicited messages. I have not given any consent for such a service. I think airtel must have levied some charges for these updates also. I sent sms on 121 for stoppage of these updates, but got a message, "we are unable to process your request. Please try later".
They have unauthorisedly activated a nuisance service which they are now unable to stop. What do I do? I could not find any grievance related service on their website regarding prepaid complaints. Tall claims of customer care?? Please guide me to further action in the matte
