Balance Deducted wrongly

Sir,

I am using airtel prepaid connection with no. 9003415821. I am not select any ringtone. but, it is selected automatically and deduct the balance wrongly and cricket score also sent the message and deduct the balance. So, please stop the ringtone and return my balance. I think this is verry cheating. Don't do like this.
