Company not taking proper steps to activate the outgoing of my number 9818521614

My airtel number is 981851614. i mailed to airtel customer care for so many times, that i am not able to make outgoing calls since i migrated from postpaid to prepaid number. but they did not take any steps to solve the problem. i do have all the mails that i have sent to them. please show me the way through which i can sue them, relly i am mailing to them like a mad and they are not replying to me.
