This is in regard to Airtel value aided service pack provided to customers in Bihar. In Bihar there is no provision through which you can make a direct call to customer care executive and let him know your concern. All they have provided is SMS facility which never worked against complaint.
I have sent several SMSs to the customer care unit but I am yet to hear from them or get my problem resolved. My concern is I want my Value Aided Services (VAS) pack to be deactivated but still they are deducting Rs. 99.0 every month instead of deactivating the service even after receivin hundreds of SMSs.
Can I expect any help here from this forum. Any help or advise will be highly appreciated.
