I have activated my GPRS service. But i was unable to access it so i called up customer care he launched my complaint as its a technical problem from there side, he said it wud be resolved in 2 hrs but as usual it was not. Again on next day other cutomer care launch a complaint regarding the same but it was not solved. And everyday this AIRTEL SERVICE charge me for GPRS... the problem from AIRTEL SIDE.

CUTOMER CARE ONLY DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY AIRTEL.

ITS SUCKS..

IF U CALLING TO CUTOMER CARE, THEY WUD LISTEN TO U FOR 10-15 AND IF THEY ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE UR QUIRE THEY WUD DISCONNECT THE PHONE. SAME WUD BE REPEAT 10 TIME.
