Ignorance & poor service of customer care

I am facing problem of cross connection while calling to other no, i have given complaint to customer care at no-9934099340 but they are telling that sir i am going to resolve your problem in next four hour but there is no solution. I have logged my complaint 3 to 4 times in past 4 days. But still they are sleeping. lastly i am thinking to appeal in consumer forum regarding this for my mis-use of money & mental harrashment too.
