Airtel Prepaid Connection
Unneccessary Deduction from Mobile No. 9997221690

Sir, i have a airtel prepaid no. 9997221690. One unneccesary charge of Rs. 25 had been deducted from my a/c on 16th May. Wn i talked to CC then no satisfactory ans, they are saying that i have activated any Voice chat service on my mobile, . but wn i checked my mobile there was no incoming call from airtel nor any outgoing msg or call to airtel. now i don't know why airtel had deducted this amount. Pl investigate this matter seriously sothat i can get the same amount back in my a/c.
