Airtel Prepaid Connection
NOP not working

I have activated NOP foa a long. Since for using yahoo zone one has to pay subscription charges i was trying to pay it but was not able to pay it since morning. T about 11 am my NOP stopped to work. I tried but it didnt work but i was gettin GPRS signal. At about 3:30 pm i called up airtel customer care service they told me to change the settings i did as per their instructions but till dat time i m not even getting GPRS signal. Please take action on my complaint urgently.
