Airtel prepared bill

I have already applied for airtel prepaid bill last one month and i have 3 complaint number and 2 request number but i didnt get my prepaid bill and i have complaint with the help of number 121 customer care but didnt recieve any positive response with them.

So, please solve my problem as early as posible.
