Sir,
Yesterday I got the new connection of the Airtel Prepaid and the Number I got is 9618029377.
I am able to receive the calls from the Airtel Mobile but not from Airtel Landline and other service providers. As soon as the other party dials he gets "this telephone is not existing".
I made the oral complaint to Customer care on the same day, i.e 15th Oct 08 and today morning at 6.00am, 6.15am and at 8.45am they are saying it will take upto 22nd October. What is this irresponsible service.
Please clarify.
