Airtel prepaid connection service
Not activate my connection

I have purchased a pre paid mobile connection sim card of airtel on 09.07.2009 from a shop at siliguri, the mobile palace, yadav samity building, hill cart road, siliguri-01but till today company not activated my connection. i have submitted all documents to the shop.several times i contacted to the shop.but they give me false assurance that within 15 minutes your connection will be activated.it is my complaint against the shop are they authorise to sell the sim.non connectivity of my connection i have loss my money and mental harrasement.

please do the needful and inform me accordingly.
