YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS no other description for the service. I am airtel prepaid user i have purchased airtel sim on 26 of May it was working till 3 rd June. the service was disconnected without any prior notice this is absolutely unaccepted the reason told was insufficent documents i have submitted the documents for 3 times now still my number is not activated. this is what your costumer service is woooow!!! i was told to call on 18000 then 80000 then 98900098900 none these lines are ever free so i can imagine the number of complaints you are handling everytime i call the reply was there congestion in the network plz try after 24 HOURS. and i m using your service only for 2 months in that also 5 weeks my service is blocked due a BAKWASS reason of insufficent documents and also I HAVE CHARGED THE SIM FOR 120 RS. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY UNUSED.
either start my service or refund the amount.
IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT YOUR COSTUMER SERVICE CALLS ARE TOLL FREE BUT WHEN I ACTUALLY CALL THEY ARE CHARGED 30 PS PER MINUTE. WHAT A CONTREVERSY.
I KNOW I WILL NOT BE GETTING ANY REPLY FROM AIRTEL COSTUMER SERVIC BECAUSE ITS JUST FOR NAMESECK NEITHER MY SIM (9867893488) IS GOING TO GET ACTIVATED.
IN WE INDIANS WE HAVE A ULTIMATE TOLERANCE LEVEL SO ALSO THESE COMPLAINTS ARE BEING TOLERATED BY AIRTEL. STILL HAVING A RAY OF HOPE!!! TO GET MY SIM ACTIVATED.
