Regarding my airtel prepaid account reactivation - money lost in reactivation

I have a Airtel Pre-Paid connection (Number: 97409-18033). I was using it happily, one day it stopped functioning, no calls I was able to make as well as no incoming calls. I contacted Airtel, Indira Nagar office and they communicated that recharge validity was over. I couldnot recharge it on time due to my hectic work schedule and vacations.

After three weeks of follow-up & by paying Rs 199/-, with help from Airtel Indira Nagar office; My pre-paid was active again (with life time validity) couple of days back.

The problem is: I had a balance of Rs 820/- in my account before this life time validity recharge which is not transferred to my account. I contacted Airtel Office & Airtel Customer Care; they confirmed that Rs 820/- was in balance before this recharge BUT they will not be able to transfer it back to my account.

My point is that my money which got lost (Rs 820/-) due to this account recharge should be refunded back to me. It should not happen that because of account reactivation, whatever balance I have in account gets lost. Pls help in this regard.
