I am based out of Chennai, India and use a airtel pre-paid connection. I have given a complaint regarding some tariff change and the docket number was given to me. While I tried talking to the customer service agent to know the status of the complaint, the so-called customer service executive could not understand the nature of complaint when communicated in English language as well as the Tamil language. Every time when they asked me to hold the call disconnected after few minutes. I seriously have a doubt that the call is being disconnected wantedly.
Though I am not much worried about not solving my particular complaint, the quality of the employees they have with such a big brand name. It is really shocking.
Hope this complaint is noted by the concerned official at Airtel and reply given in my mail ID.
