Disconnection of line from call centre end

I faced a problem regarding the recharge of 99RCV. MY Airtel number is 91-9831197529. I can make call but unable to see the balance. For this reason I have contacted thrice at he call center. But every time they are reluctant to lodge a complaint number an provide me docket .number. last time I contacted at the call center on 30.10.2009 about 5.08 pm to solve my problem. The call is transferred to senior. But after making me on hold for 22 minutes the line has been disconnected from the call center end. This is not the first time the line has been disconnected from the customer support end, every time the seniors will put us on the hold and after long time if the customer is on hold they will disconnect the line.
