I requested GPRS by SMS "MO" to 121.Igot SMS reply"Dear customer your Samsung SGH-N500 does'nt support automatic configuration of services. Pl.call 121 for more details, but 121cust.care excut. became incommunicable after 5 pm. My prob may not be described in 150 characters sms.

Presently I am using my using the SIM in Nokia 3110 C, hence my settings for GPRS & MMS kindly be sent immediately.
