Dear sir/mam,

this is Mrs Ayan Biswas (rupasree biswas).my husband is suddenly unable to make any ougoing calls, from today morning.the number is not even allowing him to make a call at your toll free number, so i was constantly trying from my number but alas! in vain, cox since morning i have been unable to connect ur toll free number as it constantly went on saying, 'number busy, try again later'.

so i am sending u this comment.please solve the problem as soon as possible.
