Airtel cheating customers

I am using Airtel prepaid card. On April 10 I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543214.I just opened first SMS immediately 30 Rs deducted from my account.

First SMS content is

“Congratulations! You have subscribed to Background Music and Rs30 has been charged. Now talk to anyone with your favourite music in Background. Just dial 57775”

Immediately I called customer care 121 and asked about this stupid thing, they said this service will be activated if we open the SMS. And to unsubscribe this service we have to call the same number from which the SMS sent. But it is not free call Airtel is charging 1.50 Rs per minute. I didn’t want to do it from my side. So I logged complaint. However, the money not been credited to my account nor has the Hello Tune service been de-activated.

Friends don’t open and SMS coming from 543214 or any similar number.
