Charges for VAS to which I have not Subscribed

We have 2 Airtel prepaid connections. We had NOT subscribed to any VAS services on these numbers. A week ago we started getting 'Though for the Day' SMS messages and each one was charged at Rs 3.

I talked to 121 operator and as advised (with a lot of misleading stuff) to send an SMS to 52206 with a text UNS, assuring this will unsubscribe all such services - I did this for both numbers.

I also registered the same complaint thru email, and got an email reply asking me to send SMS to 121 with text STOP - I got an acknowledgement that there are no services subscribed to my number.

To day I get a different type of VAS (some Movie News to which I have not subsribed) and was charged Rs 3 again. I have again complained by email.

Our Mobile Numbers are 9867 208 913 and 9892 50 60 67

As we have never subsribed to any services, this is obviously a cheap trick by Airtel to make money. I cannot imagine that a company with such a great number of subscribers will stoop to this level.
