Poor customer care services and misguding customers

Sir,

i hav been using airtel for past 9 years, though i hav been using different numbers.as a customer i hav been feeling cheated a lot many times. they charge u multiplpe times for the single time service usage

they will deduct money from ur account if u click for sum download on GPRS but wont deliver u the contact. at first i tried multiple times to bring this to the notice of company, by calling their customer care centers, but the executive sitting there are just FOOLISH people, or i shd call them OVER SMART. they are just too ignorant, and too mis-guiding.. every time u will call them they will tell u abt some new rule and will feel sorry for the inconvenience and will ask u to wait for another 48 hrs to get ur problem solved, after 48 hrs wen u again call, a new executive, explain ur problem again in full to him, and expect another lollypop of 48 hrs wait, and then call again after 48 hrs... sumtimes they just dont enter ur complaints... they just do the formality of hearing u and keep playing with u as if u r a football...

wen u ask them to provide u the number of appealent authority, they wont give u...

quite irritating and quite harrassing attitude from a private, paid service provide
